Adding Multiple Addresses in Customer Upload or Update
The PHP toolkit gives an example if you're adding one address, but I need some example code if you're adding two. The example code so far is:

'addressbook' => array(

'city' => $city,

So where to I add the second address if I want to do a billing vs a shipping? Example code would be really helpful.
