Customer Portal log in usng web services

Can i login customer portal using web services?.
because we using some .NET application for our store, so we need to give access to teh customers to navigate their orders.
what happens here is, we have to use netsuite login page directly to let customer to login to netsuite customer portal
But it is not at all good ..
we should be able to have our own custom login page from there it should be able to go to net suite customer portal inside home page,

same thing should happen loging out also

Please help me how can we do this or let me know can we customize login page to change designinga nd logoes instead netsuite logo
