Deleting Task

I have the Admin Rights,
i have tried to delete the Task using web service,
it says "You do not have permission to perform this operation." (Also i have tried to delete by login to netsuit got the Same Error)


Any Idea? (The task was Created by some one else, He has the lower permission)
