Shipping Instructions

Hello All,

I have been trying to find a way to set shipping instructions on a sales order via web services.  I was unable to find anything in the schema browser.  Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

P.S. I am using the php toolkit and the 2009.1.0 schema.
