Access Web Service through JavaScript

Hi,
  I have to access Netsuite Webservices Though Javascript.

For this I am trying to Create SOAP Request through Javascript, copying the method used in PHP Toolkit. But I am still unable to get a successful response from the netstuite server.

Can somebody guide me on this. Is there any other way to do this.
