GetSelectValueFieldDescription

I have to rewrite a lot of my code because "GetSelectValueField" does not exist anymore.

So I tried to use the "GetSelectValueFieldDescription". I can set the RecordType, but whatever I use for Field... it does not work.

I want a list of every (active) employee in the system.
