How does the outlook integration work?
Hi everyone, this is my first message to this user group, so pleased to meet you all etc.
I am wondering how Outlook integration works. I intend to integrate our current groupware solution (Zimbra) with Netsuite, but I really want to do it correctly. I am entirely happy to guess the best practises on resolving customers/contacts etc for tagging emails, but I am wondering if there is a recommended algorithm on how to do it efficiently and correctly. I am happy to use the web services API to achieve this.
Since I imagine that the Outlook 2 integration plugin would have already done this, is there any documentation on how?
