500 SSL read timeout
Over the last 40 minutes we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of timeout messages produced by version 2009.1 of NetSuite Web Services. Each response is simply returning "500 SSL read timeout" after roughly 3 minutes of waiting. Have anyone else been receiving this error? Below is an output of our log file.
