Is NetSuite can due mutual authentication of web services via a certificate signing??

Hello,

My name is raghu, i do have question
is NetSuite can due mutual authentication of web services via a certificate signing request?
I know for sso we do have certficiate signing request, but for the Other Operations on the NetSuite Web services like, Customer Search, Transaction Search, is these operations accept a certificate for signing in, to have a mutual authentication on the Webservices.
