Defect blocking go live for 60 Location NS POS

We are currently blocked by the following defect from going live with our rollout to 60 locations of Netsuite POS, a speedy fix would be most excellent.

Case #1127414 Update : Defect 177460 : Webservice > Add Customer Payment > Unexpected Error (Australian account)
