ZenCart migration (bulk import of inventory items)

We have tens of thousands of inventory items to add.  I can easily write a PHP script to parse a CSV of product data, but need to figure out how to add new products to Netsuite via Web Services.  Does anyone have sample code (in any language) where they have done this before?
