Gift certificates

I had this working... but since 2010.1 it has not worked at all.

I'm importing invoices into Netsuite from an external system. I am occasionally redeeming gift certificates.

The Invoice saves with no errors, but the Gift Certificate Redemption is not applied to the invoice. I can manually add the gift certificate using the user interface with no problems  (it is a valid auth code).

I know it's a long shot, but I was just wondering if anybody has any pointers!
