SOAP UI & Netsuite

HI everyone,
I'm currently using Soap UI to test webservices within Netsuite and also develop a really small application.

I'm currently attempting to create a customer record and keep getting an error message when trying to create the customer record 

 org.xml.sax.SAXException: {urn:core_2009_2.platform.webservices.netsuite.com}Record is an abstract type and cannot be instantiated<


I have seen referrences on this forum that indicate that there are issues when using these testing tools or kits.

Is there any modification I need to apply to reference the particular class or has anyone successfully managed to get Soap UI to create a customer record successfully and know of what I am missing to make this happen ?
