Form validation failed error

Hello,

Since 2010.1, I noticed the following error which I have never seen before:

"Form validation failed. You cannot submit this record."

My connector imports new Sale Orders orders, creates customers if they do not exist and updates shipping/billing information on the customer.

I contacted NetSuite support and they told me the following:

The error you are getting - "Form validation failed. You cannot submit this record." occurs when your Sales Order is recalculating a new Shipping Costs.    Please verify if the customer's billing and shipping address is complete and is in line with the shipping method and shipping carrier on the web service request.
