Working with SuiteTalk and PHP

I am a PHP programmer, and I am looking to use PHP in conjunction with NetSuite to write a web app for our company.
Where can I find documentation as far as using SuiteTalk with PHP?
For example, I want to do a Transaction search, but I cannot find any documentation...
They give an example of an item search, but how do I search transactions?
[PHP]$itemSearch = new nsComplexObject("ItemSearchBasic");
$itemSearch->setFields(array("itemId" => array("operator" => "contains", "searchValue"=> $itemId)));
$searchResponse = $myNSclient->search($itemSearch);[/PHP]
