System notes exposed? When?

Hi,

When are System Notes scheduled to be exposed by web services? Is it on the road map for SuiteTalk?

Anybody has succeeded searching for system notes of a field? I know userNotes are exposed, but system notes is not and it would be nice to know, for example, what has been updated on a record...
