SupportCase createdDate timezone
I am retrieving a list of support cases via SuiteTalk and displaying a summary of these in a web application. When I display the createdDate in my web application, it comes out 9 hours ahead (GMT+9, Korea etc) of the createdDate that is displayed in Netsuite (GMT+0 London). Does anyone know what is going on?
I have checked the createdDate on the SupportCase objects that come back from the webservice and they are 9hrs ahead, so its not a problem with formatting the date for display. The user that I'm connecting to SuiteTalk with has the timezone set to GMT+0 in the netsuite preferences.
