Anyone Using 2010 WSDL?

I am trying to upgrade from 2009 to 2010 but running into some basic errors Gold Support is unable to help me with.  

The address book has changed to a keyed sublist and is causing me errors on creating new leads from our web forms.

Updating existing leads or customers with addresses via Webservices is working fine but when I go to add a lead with an address I get the following error:
"You have attempted an invalid sublist or line item operation. You are either trying to cannot access a field on a non-existent line or you are trying to add or remove lines from a static sublist."
