should we use amazon as drop ship

Hi friends,
We do lot of amazon sale as Fulfilled by amazon,

I need to know what is the best practice of doing this if i do via webservice,

I mean should i add this as drop ship, we sell the same item via offline and via online (webservice and not NS Webstore) or is there some other convenient way.
Please advice,

Also any code / xml will be helpful.
