Invoice amounts off by 1 penny in webservices

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
We are using Avalara for taxation.
over 60% of our invoices return different numbers in the UI vs the WebServices.

UI Values

SubTotal 4854.70
TaxTotal 327.70
InvoiceTotal  5182.40

Soap response below. Notice the taxTotal and Invoice total are each 1 cent less than the UI view.
