Avoid auto assigning Sales Rep to Customer created through Web Services
Hi,
how can I avoid auto assigning Sales Rep to Customer created through Web Services by NetSuite?
If I send add request not containing Sales Rep value or Sales Rep equalled RecordRef = 0, NetSuite automatically assigns some default Sales Rep. If I run update request it will not clear the value, I can only set some other existing Sales Rep, but cannot reset the value.
Sample of the add/update request:
$fields = array(
'subsidiary' => new nsRecordRef(array('internalId' => 2)),
'firstName' => 'John',
'lastName' => 'Smith',
'externalId' => 'con_666',
);
$customer->setFields($fields);
$res = $myNSclient->add($customer);
