User event suitescripts not firing on webservices interaction with sales order record

Hi

I'm working on a webservice integration for a client of my company who have user event SuiteScript on their sales orders which has been firing on the update of the sales order records.  The operation of this script is interfering with our integration, so I'm having to make some alterations to it.  I've added the script to our testing account (we have our own test account which is a normal NetSuite account, as compared to the client's sandbox account) and I can't get it to fire on webservice interaction.  I've read through the forums, and checked that the disable server
