looking for advice signon multiple sites

We are looking for a methodology in running many different sites but only using one for checkout.  Basically something like this.

producta.com -----> checkout.company.com
productb.com -----> checkout.company.com
productc.com -----> checkout.company.com

We want a method like this so we only have to have one certification when it comes to checkout and sending off information to Netsuite.

I am aware there is some single signon feature we can buy for our account but I want to know the limitations or if its even possible to hold a salesorder from one site to the next without disrupting the session.  I'd look up more in the support area on it if it wasn't currently broken.
