Invalid password

edited Dec 2, 2019 3:04PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 4 comments

Our company has enabled the global setting that requires users to change their passwords periodically. So yesterday my web services call returned an error that read, "Password has expired. Please change your Netsuite password before continuing." I changed my password on the website, logged in through the web interface, and all was well.

I then updated the password in the web services call. Now, I get an error message that says, "You have entered an invalid password.  Please try again." when I try to use web services. I tried updating the password in my employee record and web services again. This didn't fix the problem. Is there some sort of password caching that happens with web services? Do you have any suggestions to fix the "invalid password" problem?

Howdy, Stranger!
