Setting contact when creating supportcase
Hi All,
This problem appeared for me recently (about a week ago or less). Whenever I create a supportcase and set a recordref for the contact (SupportCase.contact), the case is created in netsuite without the contact set. There are no errors at any stage, the response says it is successful. This is a huge problem because it means our customers do not get a message letting them know we've created a support case.
