Hello,
We're not new to NetSuite, but we're new to trying to get out of NetSuite. That is, to break out things they don't do well (eCommerce, email marketing etc) into separate third parties. Of course, the challenge here is to do this in a way that does not totally destroy the all-in-one nature of NetSuite. If we take data out and work on that data, we ideally want to bring it back in.
For example, we'd like to use MailChimp for our email marketing. Partly because I'd have to rob a bank to pay the NetSuite 'extra messages per year' bat I've been beaten with in the past, and partly because they just do it sooooo much better. In fairness to NetSuite, email marketing is, after all, MailChimp's core business.
