Upsert using external ID on SO record
I have a question regarding how Upset will work on a sales order.
The use case is this:
Customer places order on an external marketplace, order report is downloaded automatically to our database, each item ordered on the SO is listed as a new row within the DB. Order information is used to create a new SO in NetSuite.
This is fine when a customer orders 1 item, but if they order 4 items it is 4 separate "orders" with the same order ID.
I think I can do an upsert to update the sales order with the new information without changing much code, however I am curious as to if it will remove previous line items and add only the new one, or if it will add item 1, then item 2 and so on as I am expecting.
