"no SOAPAction header!" error in existing application

Hi,

  I have an application using PHP Toolkit to access Netsuite Data. Its has stopped working from Sunday (18th Nov 2012). I haven't changed anything recently so probably a Netsuite side issue.

Has anyone experienced it recently? The error I am encountering is "no SOAPAction header!"
