Webservice Login Failure

Since the upgrade we are experieincing login failures using webservices. When we debug through the code we get the following error: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: You have entered an invalid email address or account number. Please try again.


The username, password and account number are correct. If we run the same request from a local machine the request works. We can login to our account manually using the same credentials.

Our code has not changed.

We are attempting to pull a list of customer contacts via the webservice. This worked previous to 2014.1 and our business is being severely impacted.
