SuiteTalk and Special Order PO's

Do Item Receipts for Special Order PO's created via SuiteTalk work properly? I've just run a test item receipt and the inventory item is received by the item is not committed to the sales order.

I'm hoping I've just done something silly.

Any thoughts?
