PHP Toolkit NSConfig.php NS_APPID

Hello everyone.. Sorry, I'm new to NetSuite so please bear with me and my questions.

So i downloaded the PHPToolkit and as I'm configuring the NSConfig.php file, I was wondering where can I get this information:

a) NS_ACCOUNT -> Is this the Account ID in Setup -> Integration -> Web Services Preferences
b) NS_ROLE -> Is this my Role ID (3)?
c) NS_APPID -> I have no idea where to get the APPID.
