Web Services vs RESTlet

We have an existing web services (SOAP) integration.  Those requests are made with user credentials for users that are also concurrently logged in via the UI.   See message below from Netsuite SuiteTalk FAQ documentation to confirm: [h=3]"Can multiple users logged into the same account run web services simultaneously?[/h]
Yes. Web services are associated to the user, NOT the account. Therefore, multiple users can access the same account via web services. Also, a single user can have a concurrent browser and web services session, and additional web services sessions for a certain user can exist for web services partner applications."
