Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

SuiteTalk access to the release preview
With the upcoming new 2019.1 version that forces token based authentication on all authentication requests from privileged accounts, we would like to test our integration points that use SuiteTalk (and SuiteScript) against the release preview. We can switch to the "RP" role in the UI, but we don't know how to do that programmatically with SuiteTalk.
We are making sure we use SuiteTalk with accounts that are associated with non privileged roles so that we don't need to start using token-based authentication (we plan on doing that at a later date). Right now we are testing in the sandbox environment, but we would feel better if we could also test again the release preview. How are other folks doing this?
