KPI Portlet ERROR

edited Dec 2, 2019 2:02PM in Account Administration 7 comments

The KPI portlet on one of our custom tabs is displaying an error:

Error - Key Performance Indicators
That search or mass update does not exist.

How can this be fixed?

I would guess that I have a custom search that is used for a custom KPI that has been deleted. But HOW do I EDIT the KPI portlet to correct this????

This is another example of VERY POOR U/I. The Portlet should have displayed the "Setup" link so it can be fixed.

What's worse is I WASTED an hour with a Tech Support person named Greg who didn't have a clue as to how to diagnose this problem. He wanted to do a WebEx so he could see the error. He didn't seem to understand that there is NOTHING to see other than exactly what I told him.

Howdy, Stranger!
