Need KPI

Hi,

I need a KPI that gives me the average days it takes our company from Order to Fulfillment.

It would work like the auto calculate lead time that averages the last three Pos, from PO entered to Order received.

I am sure it is doable and it would be a great KPI to to detect and measure fulfillment performance.
