Publishing Company Wide KPIs

I would like to be able to publish the same KPIs for all the roles in our company.  The problem is depending on functional area the list of availablel KPIs is different on the standard Netsuite KPIs. For example, some people have access our AR balance while others don't.

How can I set it up so the each role has the same set of standard KPIs available to them independent of role without setting up custom KPIs under each role.
