KPI Arrow color and decimal point

2 KPI questions ...

1.  Can the direction or color of the arrow be changed?  We have some custom KPI's that are good when the number decreases (like expenses) and should be green instead of red.

2.  Some of the custom KPI's return totals or sums with one decimal point and others return whole numbers.  Is there a way to remove the decimal point?  I think it would happen on the saved search but don't know how.
