Open Invoices - How do I add more columns?

On my dashboard I like to view all of the open invoices, but I have a few issues

1) Only the top 50 are showed by dollar amount.  I would prefer there to not be a limit.
2) How do I get the same columns to appear on the dashboard that appear when I run the report (due date, etc.).
3) I would like to be able to sort by due date (outstanding at the highest of the list).


Is this possible?  I can't figure out how to bring more of the properties from the report onto the dashboard.
