Edit Top 10 Sales by Sales Rep?

One of our divisions does not use "sales rep" and their sales account for a large majority of our sales.

Due to them being included on the top 5 sales by sales rep on my dashboard (graphically) the results are distorted.

I've tried to edit this report to exclude blank sales reps but I can't get the new report (graphically) onto the dashboard?

Any suggestions?
