Permissions for Custom Snapshots

This may be really basic but I am pulling my hair out. I have created a report and given everyone company wide permission for the report. I have also created a snapshot of the report for the dashboard. In the administrator role when I custommize the dashboard and click on report snapshots I have a tab that says custom. This is where my snapshot I created is listed. When I log in in other roles I do not have that custom tab. How do I add this snapshot to the dashboard?
