Need KPI's that calcaulate results

edited Dec 2, 2019 2:01PM in Account Administration 2 comments

The KPI system only seems to report numbers and not ratios or calcualations.

For example:
1) Although it is usefull to see how many of my SKU's are in stock, I need to express it in terms of what % on my SKU's are in stock to see if the situation is getting better or worse.

2) Customer service cases opened is usefull but will always be growing as my business is growing.  Therefore the correct KPI is % of Cases as a % of Orders made.  This way we can see if our service is getting better or worse.

Good KPI's are about detecting movement in ratios rather than reporting actualls.  After all you don't judge a sports car because it is doing 60 miles per hour.  You judge it on its 0-60 time in seconds.

Howdy, Stranger!
