KPI Scorecards Random KPI's Offered?!
I'm attempting to create a KPI scorecard for a count of custom records that have a certain date on them. All relevant custom records in the system have a value in this field and I have put it as an Available Filter and the KPI works as I would want it. However, when I try to use the KPI in a scorecard, only a very short list of seemingly random KPI's appear in my list of custom KPI's in the 'Custom' sub?!
I've racked my brains and checked out some of the KPI's that appear on the list and can find no ratioanl reason as to why certain KPI's appear on this list and others that have a date field in the available filters don't? Has anyone else experienced problems with Scorecards or is there something obvious that I'm missing? Help is as always gratefully received!!
