Transaction Tab

I am at a lost to find where to activate the transactions tab under the sales tab on customer records.

If I use the Sales Administrator Role the tab is there.
If I use the Sales Person Role the tab is not there.

Both roles use the same sales center.

I cannot find a permission that seems to trigger this tabs visibilty.

Anyone know how I can activate this tab for Sales Person Role.
