Classic Interface Option gone?

Hi,

I (and some other users and admins) were using the Classic Interface.  It appears some menu items cannot be accessed (I cannot find the Other Lists option any more), so I want to change back.

If I go to Set Preferences, and Appearances tab, the option to turn on/off Use Classic Interface is gone. 

I may be having a bad day, so someone please feel free to tell me I'm stupid and blind...
