Custom KPI not working
All,
Was hoping someone here could lend a hand as this appears to be relatively simple, yet my custom KPI still will not work properly.
So based on the statement that a KPI can be created from any saved search (provided it meets the correct requirments) I should be able to see the results I am after.
Our sales team has several different Prospect stages, and would like to watch the numbers fluctuate between them at a glance. I setup the KPI to have one criteria (the 'status' field set to a particular stage), one result (again, the 'status' field), and Date as an available filter. I save the search, go Home, and setup the custom KPI.
