Help updating Dashboard when 2 Dashboards are published from the same center

I have 3 roles for the Sales Center -- Admin, Sales Manager, and Sales Person.  The Sales Manager has one dashboard and the sales person has a different one.  They were both created from the Sales Admin role (which has the Publish Dashboards permissions).  How can I now go into the Admin role and modify the dashboard for the sales person (currently the sales manager dashboard shows)?  I'm confused in how I can pull up a dashboard view and modify it to save and publish it.  I can get the dashboard list, but if i make changes to the existing
