Trend Graph line is always at 0
I created a Saved Search for a Custom Record Type for "Customer Unit Volume by Period" and added it to my Home Dashboard as a KPI to see Total unit volume across all Customers. Since I added the Period filter, I am able to compare periods and the Trend Graph shows monthly/quarterly/annual numbers correctly.
However, when I add this same Search to the Customer Dashboard to see the unit volume for a particular Customer, the numbers display properly in the KPI portlet but the line in the Trend Graph is always 0. I have a Customer filter too so I'm not quite sure what the issue is. What am I doing incorrectly?
