Web Revenue KPI - What is it made up of?

I would like to find out what is the critieria for Web Revenue KPI that shows up on the dashboard. I couldn't find the information in HELP or the description of what it consist of.

Does it record revenue from once, an order is being put through the web and does it re-adjust itself if payment didn't go through? What is made up of?
