Customer Dashboard: Ability to see 'View Dashboard' on Custom Search

Hello,

I'm creating a custom search that has a list full of customers so sales reps can easily switch customers dashboards as opposed to viewing the customer profile and hitting 'view dashboard'.

Problem is: Customize/View Dashboard links are no where to be found in the Results->Columns drop down upon customizing my search.

Bigger Problem: I'm simply trying to find a way for sales reps to switch between customer dashboards!
