Shopping Cart Abandonment
Hi,
We have customised our dashboard to show the shopping cart abandonment and when we check the results they doesnt match and there is a big difference. Our daily cart abandonment rate is in the range between 6 to 7% and weekly its 11 to 12 % and monthly its in the range between 20 to 22.5%. In the KPI meter graph cart abandonment for this month vs last month is 58%. I dont understand why there is such a big difference and can any one please tell me how is it calculated.I dont understand which one to consider.If any one
